The Jam House, Birmingham
Birmingham Properties Group (BPG) has acquired one of Birmingham’s best known live music venues, The Jam House.'
The £4m investment comprises the club let to Luminar Leisure on a 30-year lease with a multi-let office building located at Number 1-5 St Paul’s Square.
The Jam House was co-created by renowned music maestro Jools Holland in 1999. Its traditional and historic Georgian building has capacity over three floors for up to 600.
