'Pentavia' scheme,
Birmingham
Birmingham Properties Group (BPG) and clients of LaSalle Investment Management are shortly to submit a planning application for a £100m+ mixed use scheme on a 1.25 acre site at Birmingham city’s gateway, to be known as Pentavia.
The site is to the east of Auchinleck House and occupies a prominent western gateway position close to Birmingham’s Fiveways Island.
The scheme will comprise 120,000 sq ft grade A office building fronting Broad Street, two hotels, residential and student accommodation, together with an enclosed retail mall.
