Burntwood A fund managed by Pinder Fry & Benjamin LLP (PFB) has let 5,121 sq ft of office space at Unit 6, Crompton Court, on Burntwood Business Park to Motivair Compressors Ltd. Motivair Compressors has taken a five year lease. The quoting rent at Crompton Court is £13.50 psf.		The office unit was developed by Gladman Developments. PFB and Gladman were advised by Kingston and Partners' Lichfield office and King Sturge's Birmingham office.
