Subway has chosen OFF Developments, 75,000 sq ft Rockingham Park Leisure, Corby for a new 850 sq ft outlet.
Subway is paying £20 psf on a 15-year lease.
OFF was represented by Budworth Hardcastle and heb acted for Subway.

Birmingham
Ashford Construction has recently handed over the £8.5m Arcadian development to Gallan Properties over eight weeks early.
Set in the Chinatown and Theatre district of Birmingham, the Arcadian Centre comprises of many bars and restaurants and other vibrant venues.
Over a period of 17 months, Ashford Constructions’ role was to completely transform a former multi-screen cinema, built upon a low

level multi-storey car park to provide 80 new residential units, constructed from the upper car park level.
Gallan is delighted with the final result, especially as they had already pre-said the completed scheme to Irish investment company, Cornerstone Properties, last May in a £12.9m deal.

OFF Developments has completed three buildings on its Rockingham Park Leisure scheme in Corby and handed over the keys to the first three tenants: Wetherspoonds, Dominos and Subway. The construction of the 75,000 sq ft mixed-use development began in July 2007.
OFF Developments has appointed Bidwells to join Budworth Hardcastle to secure tenants for the remaining space of the £10m scheme.
