Nottingham Lambert Smith Hampton in Nottingham has let an office suite in Pearl Assurance House to the Big Lottery Fund. The Big Lottery Fund is taking part of the fourth floor in the building on		Friar Lane in Nottingham. The 1,432 sq ft suite was let on a 15-year lease at an annual rental of £18,000 pa. Lambert Smith Hampton acted on behalf of the landlord, Henderson Investors, and DTZ acted on behalf of the Big Lottery.
