Eight Cowgate, Peterborough		Peterborough Lambert Smith Hampton has acted on behalf of Subway Realty Ltd in acquiring new premises at eight Cowgate in Peterborough city centre. Subway is taking the former Jessops premises opposite the central Post Office on a new 15-year lease at a rent of £23.500 pa. The property is arranged over the ground floor only, and represents Subway’s third outlet in the city, the others being on Westgate and Lincoln Road. Birmingham Acting on behalf of Stratton Cars, Chivers Commercial has sold 1673 Bristol Road South, Rednal, Birmingham, a car sales site of 10,287 sq ft, for £350,000. The purchaser was Avenue Road Cars.
