Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, acting on behalf of private clients, have purchased a retail investment on Gordon Road in West Bridgford from clients of New West.
Acting on behalf of Mansfield Road Properties Ltd the property at 42 and 42A Gordon Road which is occupied by Blockbuster Video at a rent of £15,600 pa (subject to review), was acquired at a price of £330,000. The first and second floors which were vacant have now been put ‘under offer’ via New West.
The purchase at a price of £330,000 shows an initial yield of 4.52% after costs which upon completion of the review and the letting of the first floor should see the yield increase to 7.1%.
Fisher Hargreaves Proctor’s management department have now been retained to manage the property.
