Salway Bradbury, acting for Wynnstay Group plc, has acquired the first of a series of Just for Pets Stores the Powys-based company is planning to open throughout the Midlands.

The initial 346 sq m (3,725 sq ft) store is in Holyhead Road, Telford, and has been let on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £25,000, with a six-month rent-free period.
