Stourbridge
Games Station Ltd has acquired 118.5 sq m (1,275 sq ft) on ground floor
with first floor storage at 16 Ryemarket Shopping Centre, Stourbridge,
by way of a new ten year fri lease, incorporating a review and tenant
only option to break at the expiration of year five.
The initial rent is £38,750 pax.
Williams Gunter Hardwick represented Games Station Ltd whilst the lessor,
Zurich Assurance Ltd was represented by Wright Silverwood.
Hawkins Bazaar (Shops) Ltd has acquired 249.53 sq m (2,686 sq ft) at Merryhill Shopping Centre, Unit L56, Brierley Hill by way of a new five year fri lease with a tenant-only option to break in April 2009.
The initial base rent is £90,000 pax.
