Tahir Majid of Stoneygate, Leicester, has been appointed as a business development officer for housing and regeneration group LHA-ASRA.
Tahir will be working in the regeneration and development team based at the group’s Leicester head office.

Jo Bewley has joined Shakespeare Putsman’s commercial property team as an associate.
Having trained at Eversheds, Jo worked in the Cheltenham area most recently as an associate at Rickerbys in Cheltenham – before choosing Birmingham as the place to work.
Management Buy-Out
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has exchanged contracts for a Management Buy-Out (MBO) from parent company Atkins to make the business private. The MBO, led by Mark Rigby and supported by Bank of Scotland Corporate, sees LSH return to private ownership and comes on the day the firm reports its 2007 year-end results.
The management has agreed to purchase LSH, held as a wholly-owned non-core investment subsidiary by Atkins, for £46.5m.
