Clare Kelly, King Sturge LLP

Promotion to partner
King Sturge LLP have announced the promotion of Clare Kelly to partner. Clare joined the firm’s Swindon office in November 2007 with a role to expand the valuation team and to improve valuation coverage eastwards along the M4 Corridor including Newbury and Reading.

Two promotions
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has made two new promotions in its Bristol office.
Phillipa Carey, who works in the investment agency team has been promoted to director and Natalie Bennett has been promoted to associate director within the office agency department.

Joint agent
Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed as joint agent on Chichester Business Park by the Chichester Business Park Partnership and Seaward Properties, Joint agent is Cluttons Tod Miller.
Chichester Business Park is a 30-acre site situated at Tangmere on the outskirts of Chichester. The estate offers both office and industrial/warehouse space from 20,000 sq ft to be built to suit their requirements.
