Chris Boundy has joined DTZ’s corporate real estate management team in Bristol as senior surveyor to focus on corporate clients. Chris started at DTZ three and half years ago and joins property management after a successful eighteen months in industrial agency.

Merger
Stonesmith, which celebrates its 18th year in business in July 2008 have announced their merger with Distinctive Business Agents, specialists in the sale of pubs, hotels and catering businesses.
The new enlarged company will trade as Stonesmith and be re-branded to incorporate Distinctive Business Agents.
Mike Phillips of Distinctive Business Agency joins Stonesmith as a director.
