Village Walk, Avonmouth
Academy Insurance is relocating to a new base in Avonmouth within Cabot Homes Ltd’s new development, Village Walk.
The directors of Academy Insurance have purchased Units 1, 2 and 3 of the ground floor units, totalling 3,166 sq ft on a new long lease for a term of 999 years at a price of £300,000.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and Burston Cook advised the developers and Strutt & Parker’s Reading office advised the purchasers.
