Bodmin
A £4m commercial development, which was completed 28 February, is set to ease Bodmin’s shortage of commercial premises as well as inject a higher level of flexibility into business accommodation for the first time in Cornwall.
The 30,000 sq ft speculative scheme, Moorview Enterprise Park on the Callywith Gate Industrial Estate has been brought forward by one of Cornwall’s most active developers, regeneration specialist Priority Sites, working in partnership with the South West of England Regional

Development Agency (RDA) and North Cornwall District Council.
Moorview comprises eight hybrid units, offering either 2,966 sq ft of 4,522 sq ft of space, which have been designed specifically to increase the options open to occupiers when it comes to utilising the available space. The hybrids provide first floor of offices with a ground floor that is suitable for assembly or light industrial purposes but which can be converted fully or partially into more offices.
Alder King is the appointed agent on the scheme.
