Ian Guy, formerly of Rok Development in Exeter, has joined St Modwen’s expanding south west regional office in Bristol as senior development manager.

WiP has new chairman
Maria Francke has become the new national chairman of the Association of Women in Property. Head of planning and development, Scotland at Drivers Jonas, Maria takes the position from 1 March 2008 in this, Women in Property’s 21st year.

Michael Milne, who has spent 13 years giving advice in the residential mortgage market, will head up the team. Matthew Ducker, a commercial mortgage broker who has worked with landowners for the past 16 years, will be working with him.
