Portfolio Expansion
HPH Commercial Property is expanding its portfolio with the completed
acquisition of two properties in the south west.
The first, Apex Court at Almondsbury, Bristol is a 3,000 sq ft office
building. The first floor is let to Pentland Group and the remaining two
floors to Aepona. The three leases generate a total rent of £46,000
pa.
The second is a 22,000 sq ft industrial building in Crewkerne. The building
is currently let on a nine-year lease at £77,500 pa to W & J
TOD Aerospace. King Sturge acted for HPH in both acquisitions.
St Modwen has sold the 18,750 sq ft new high-bay warehouse just completed for Antalis on the 55-acre Access 18, Avonmouth, Bristol, to Royal Liver for £1.922m at an initial yield of 5.71%.
Antalis is relocating from Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. The firm has taken a 20-year lease at an initial rent of £6.20 psf.
