The Royal Arms, a 17th century village freehouse in Llangrove has been sold.
The sale was handled by the Bristol office of Christie & Co, while their associate company Christie Finance, secured the funding package.
The Royal Arms has been sold for an undisclosed figure, from an asking price of £385,000 freehold.

Plymouth
Stratton Creber Commercial has let the ground floor in the Royal Buildings, Plymouth, to a restaurant operator.
The unit provides ground floor accommodation of 220 sq m (2,638 sq ft) with further space provided on the lower ground floor totalling 78 sq m (840 sq ft).
The property has been let for a term of 15 years with a quoting rent of £37,000 pa.

Avening
The Bristol office of Christie & co has sold The Cross Inn in the village of Avening, near Tetbury, to Glyn and Claire Crosthwaite.
Christie & Co sought £30,000 for the remaining eight years of the current Punch Taverns lease with annual rent of £23,000. The business was sold for an undisclosed figure.

Yeovil

Acting on behalf of The Chapman Group, the Bristol office of Christie & Co, has sold the Beach Café Bar at 3 Park Road in Yeovil, in an off-market deal to private operators.
Christie & Co has sold the Beach Café Bar for an undisclosed figure after seeking £1,100,000 for the freehold interest.
