Helen Taylor of Savills
Trainee Surveyor

Savills has appointed Helen Taylor as a trainee surveyor to join the Bristol management and professional services department.
Helen joins the team from David James & Partners in Wrington.

Head of Department

Savills has appointed Julian Harbottle to head up Bristol’s development team and spearhead the company’s expansion into a growing regional market.
The announcement follows three new appointments in the last six months.

Senior Development Manager
Priority Sites has expanded its south west team with the appointment of Robert McGuffie as senior development manager.
Robert was previously regeneration manager for the South West RDA, where he was responsible for delivering a variety of high profile commercial and retail developments.

Two New Trainees

Knight Frank has expanded its graduate training scheme with the announcement of two further trainees within the Bristol office. Roscoe Chubb and Katie Bohin are both graduates of The University of the West of England and join Knight Frank as graduate surveyors.

Communication Consultant
Eagle One has announced the appointment of Peter Lacey to the role of communication consultant for the Eagle One Group of Companies.
Peter’s role will be wide ranging to support and enhance the Eagle One team in promoting the company’s interests in the region.

Second Branch
After setting up in Street in 2004, Paul Knight Chartered Surveyors has opened its second branch in Shepton Mallet.
“We are delighted to have acquired the independent practice of Chamberlaine Brothers and Edwards,” says managing director Paul Knight. The business transfer brings to an end an era but will introduce a new vibrant firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents to Shepton Mallet.

Company Acquisition
TCN has acquired the majority shareholding in Express Park Group, to form TCN Express Park UK.
The merger offers TCN the opportunity to expand its European concepts into the UK quickly and to use the existing TCN-network to maximise value, utilising its experience and extensive network of corporate, financial and occupational contacts. For Express Park it is an opportunity to use the creativity of TCN as well as the financial and European exposure offered by the TCN-network.
The newly merged company will be managed jointly by Richard Pearce and Paul Knell.
