The former Pearl of Sri Lanka restaurant in Clifton Village has been sold on behalf of Mrs Yvonne Perera through the Bristol office of Christie & Co, from a guide price of £55,000 leasehold. The restaurant is now set to re-open as Soul Kitchen.

Acting on behalf of UK Group Holidays Ltd, Miller Commercial have successfully marketed The Grand Palm Hotel on Tolcarne Road in Newquay.
If offered 31 en-suite bedrooms with a 50 cover dinning room together with good public rooms.
The Grand Palm Hotel was sold off a guide price of £650,000 for the freehold interest.
