Bristol Bevan Brittan has advised Bristols Watershed on the £6.4m purchase of its home in two former dockside warehouses, in a deal which gives it long-term financial stability and secures Bristol as one of the most creative cities in Europe. The E and W Sheds have been bought from the JT Group with assistance from the South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) and its current location will turn it into landlord to a number of bars including The River, E Shed and Chicago Rock Café, which will create an annual income of around £300,000. Ilfracombe Cowling Commercial report the sale of Westwell Hall in Torrs Park, Ilfracombe. The former residence having been subject to a comprehensive refurbishment by the vendors, including re-roofing, re-wiring, plumbing and complete redecoration was marketed at £720,000. Trading from 11 en-suite letting rooms, there is also a dedicated three-bed owners accommodation. Exeter Stonesmith have sold The Stoke Canon Inn off an asking price of £65,000. The pub is let on a 10-year Punch Taverns Lease commencing in June 2005 at a rent of £23,000 pa. |
