Thornbury
The Ashville Group has let Phase 2 within its Ashville Park scheme, Thornbury
to National Grid Electricity Transmission plc on a new 10 year lease at
a rent of £210,000 pa.
Phase 2 of Ashville Park comprises 14,500 sq ft of accommodation,
National Grid, who took occupation in September along with its Alliance partners Jacobs, Mitsubishi and Morrisons, is currently refitting the property.
