St Nicholas House, Bristol
St Nicholas House, Bristol has been sold for £2.25m for conversion to a serviced office centre.
The freehold interest has been purchased by Office Group (Bristol) Ltd.
The prominent Victorian building, which was formerly occupied by a Lloyds Bank, provides 13,305 sq ft on five floors.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised the vendors, Coast Bristol Ltd.
Tewkesbury
Gladman Developments has disposed of three office buildings, totalling 6,750 sq ft at Miller Court, its £13m, 76,000 sq ft speculative office development in Tewkesbury.
Moog Controls Ltd has taken two and three, each of 2,250 sq ft on a five year lease with a three year break, at a quoting rent of £12 psf. Donaldsons’ Cheltenham office represented Moog, while Alder King’s Gloucester office acted for Cheshire-based Gladman Developments.
Floortex Europe Ltd has acquired the freehold of Unit 10, a 2,250 sq ft office unit, at a quoting price of £160 psf. Donaldsons and Alder King represented Gladman Developments.
