St Nicholas House, Bristol has been sold for £2.25m for conversion
to a serviced office centre.
The freehold interest has been purchased by Office Group (Bristol) Ltd.
The prominent Victorian building, which was formerly occupied by a Lloyds
Bank, provides 13,305 sq ft on five floors.

Gladman Developments has disposed of three office buildings, totalling 6,750
sq ft at Miller Court, its £13m, 76,000 sq ft speculative office development
in Tewkesbury.
Moog Controls Ltd has taken two and three, each of 2,250 sq ft on a five
year lease with a three year break, at a quoting rent of £12 psf.
Donaldsons Cheltenham office represented Moog, while Alder Kings
Gloucester office acted for Cheshire-based Gladman Developments.
Floortex Europe Ltd has acquired the freehold of Unit 10, a 2,250 sq ft
office unit, at a quoting price of £160 psf. Donaldsons and Alder
King represented Gladman Developments. |
