Oliver Folkes of CBRE
Oliver Folkes has relocated to the Bristol office of CBRE, having spent five years working for the company’s London office.
At CBRE in Bristol, Oliver will work in the building consultancy department.
Promotions
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has announced a number of promotions following one of their most successful years.
Ian Lambert, Martin Davenport and Alasdair McLeod have been invited to join the partnership. Ian is based in their Bristol office and earlier this year took charge of the investment agency team. Martin is based in the professional department, specialising in rating within the London office and Alasdair is the company secretary based in Bristol.
Lloyd Clark has been promoted to director of IT, David North (investment agency), Adam Cooper (retail agency & professional) and Jason Herbert (retail agency), all based in the Bristol office, have all been promoted to associate directors. Stefan Davies has been promoted to senior surveyor.
