Crescent Office Park, Bath
Bath

Construction of the Crescent Office Park in Bath is well underway, with the framework of the new units now in place. The park is the only new office scheme under development in the city.
Located adjacent to the A367, with good access to the A4 Bristol ring road and the M32, the new development will provide Bath with high quality open plan offices, which are flexible for occupiers and of a contemporary design.
Phase one of the scheme will provide a two and three storey terrace of four office buildings which can be combined to meet specific occupier

requirements.
Phase two of the scheme will provide two further self-contained buildings of three-storey accommodation.
In total the scheme will provide 51,250 sq ft of new office space for the city with accommodation from circa 1,000 sq ft upwards. It is due to complete in April 2008.
Alder King, King Sturge and DTZ are joint letting agents on the office park.
