Alder King, King Sturge and DTZ are joint letting agents on the office park. Avonmouth Kenmore Property Group is undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of Units 14-17 at St Andrews Trading Estate, Avonmouth. The project will cost around £1m and is the most comprehensive industrial refurbishment ongoing in the area. Once completed, four refurbished units will provide new flooring, composite roofs and office content. Unit sizes range from approx 7,700 sq ft up to 30,000 sq ft in total. King Sturge and Knight Frank are joint letting agents for St Andrews Trading Estate. Completion is scheduled for spring 2008. |
