Director
Denis Burn has joined the Bristol office of Colliers CRE as a non-executive
director.
Retirement
A businessman who has helped shape the future of a Wiltshire town is to
retire in March. Brian Fitchett, who will be 63 at retirement, will be
stepping down after more than 40 years as a commercial property agent.
Initially as a partner running the commercial property division of Halletts
estate agents in Bath, and subsequently trading as Brian Fitchett Commercial,
Mr Fitchett was involved in negotiations for the development of many of
Trowbridges major business schemes. Colin Scragg, who has worked
alongside Mr Fitchett since he started his firm, will continue to run
the Trowbridge office of Dreweatt Neate providing a commercial property
service in west and north Wiltshire, Devizes and Frome, Somerset.

Design team
A new architectural and interior design service for commercial schemes
has been launched in London and Bristol.
Vista has been formed as a niche division within Colliers CRE, bringing
together its architectural and interior design expertise to provide clients
with creative building design.
Vista will operate from offices in Marylebone Lane, London and Broad Quay
House, Bristol with plans to open further offices later this year.
Solicitor
Newly qualified solicitor Karen Thomas has joined the commercial dispute
resolution team at Withy King solicitors in Bath.
Karen, who trained with the firm, has worked in the employment and commercial
property sections of Withy King as part of her training.
Chairman
Property Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of Alan White as
chairman. He will succeed Edmund Costelloe who retires from the position
after five years and will continue as a non-executive director.
