New Manager
DTZ’s Bristol office has promoted Marek Kowalewski to regional facilities
manager within its property management team.
Appointment
Miller Commercial has announced the appointment of Jamie Marsh to the practice in order to develop a new building surveying department and service for the company.
Jamie previously worked for three years at the Bailey Partnership in Plymouth, and prior to that for five years with the Richard Thomas Partnership at Falmouth.
Five Solicitors Appointed
Veale Wasbrough Lawyers has boosted its real estate team by appointing five new solicitors. They are Mary Tate, Claire Osman, Phil Lawrence, Jonathan Webb and Tristan Foot.
Company Acquisition
Colliers CRE has added another specialist team to further its growing business portfolio after acquiring a surveying practice and estate agency serving the caravan, chalet and leisure industries.
As part of the deal, recently acquired Paul & Company, which has moved into Broad Quay House, Bristol; Marylebone Lane in London and also into Colliers Glasgow office, will take on additional responsibility for golf courses, marinas and visitor attractions.
This will enable Colliers to offer surveys and valuations, along with consultancy, business planning and management services across the entire leisure industry.
Paul & Company was established by Michael Paul in Glasgow in 1986 to serve the holiday park industry and commercial fisheries market.
The buy-out complements Colliers Robert Barry, which sells hotels and licensed properties along with the acquisition last year of specialist destination consultancy firm Locum Consulting.
