The freehold of The Apple Tree public house in Bedminster, Bristol has been sold through the Bristol office of Christie & Co.
The Apple Tree was sold for an undisclosed figure after £195,000 was sought for the freehold interest.

Torquay
The Exeter office of Christie & Co has sold a Torbay restaurant, The Orange Tree in Torquay, on behalf of owners Simon Storey and Tony Fagan to Bernd Wolf and his wife Sharon.
Offers in the region of £475,000 were sought for the freehold interest in The Orange Tree, which is located in Parkhill Road.

Paignton
Sue Yates has bought the Embassy Tavern in Paignton through agents Bettesworths.
The pub is owned by Enterprise Inns and held on a Unique Pub Company lease. The leasehold interest was sold by Bettesworths off an asking price of £119,950.
