Acting on behalf of the Local Shopping REIT plc, Monk & Partners have acquired the retail terrace 96A-D The Ridgeway, Plympton, Plymouth from private investors.
Comprising four retail units with a range of local and regional occupiers, the units currently produce approx £51,350 pax. At a purchase price of around £700,000 for the long leasehold interest, the deal represents a yield of approx 7%.
