Acting on behalf of Diana Felton, Christie + Co have sold the Old Barn
Owl Inn at Westport to British Country Inns plc from a freehold asking
price of £550,000.
The substantial, detached property comprises a public bar, 50-cover restaurant,

accommodation, external trading areas and a large car park.
Webbers Commercial have sold the Caertref Hotel at Beach Road, Woolacombe on behalf of owners John and Alison Oakes.
The property comprises a large end terraced Victorian residence that has been extended to provide a 12 en-suite bedroom hotel with private accommodation.
The hotel was marketed with a quoted asking price of £625,000.
