Acting on behalf of private investors, Beckley Court Ltd, Monk and Partners
have secured a letting of the long term vacant space within 190 Armada
Way, Plymouth.
Comprising the entire first and second floors of the building totalling
some 10,000 sq ft, the new tenants are First Assist, who already occupy
nearly 20,000 sq ft in two floors of the nearby Money Centre.
The lease is for a term of five years with a mutual break at the end
of the fourth year at a rental of £10 psf.
Bristol
Five new tenants have moved into Bristols Froomsgate House within
the last six months.
The tenants will occupy over 13,500 sq ft of accommodation and will
be paying over £185,000 pa.
The office block provides over 90,000 sq ft of accommodation.
The recent lettings include the letting of a 4,910 sq ft suite to Hyperlaunch
New Media Ltd, Ents 24 Ltd (1,840 sq ft), and Priority Selection and
ATA Selection Ltd, who have both taken 1,840 sq ft.
The final letting is of the 11th floor to Robson Taylor, who have taken
3,070 sq ft.
Hartnell Taylor Cook and Colliers CRE advised the landlords. DTZ advised
the ingoing tenants, Hyperlaunch, and the remaining were unrepresented.
Bristol
The Healthcare at Home Group has opened the doors to a new Bristol clinic
at 1, 3 & 5 Whiteladies Road.
The company has more than quadrupled its space in the move, taking on
the 10,027 sq ft building on a flexible ten year lease for an annual
rent of £150,000.
Williams Gunter Hardwick represented Healthcare at Home in the deal
as well as handling the letting of the companys old premises in
Yate.
