Bristol
Work started this month on Cubex’s new £35m office development on Victoria Street in Bristol’s city centre.
The new six-storey development, named The Paragon, will feature a glazed atrium in the reception area servicing 76,000 sq ft of Grade A offices with basement parking and retail/restaurant opportunities on the ground floor.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP are joint letting agents with King Sturge.
Stride Treglowen are the architects and Leadbitter are appointed as the contractors. Work on the development is scheduled to be completed by spring 2009.

Bristol
Chancerygate has acquired a key industrial redevelopment site in Gatton Road, Bristol from a private investor.
Planning will be submitted by Chancerygate to develop a total of 5,286 sq m (56,900 sq ft) of industrial and warehouse properties at the 1.1 ha (2.75-acre) site close to J3 of the M32. The development will see 23 separate units of between 148 – 292 sq m (1,600 – 3,150 sq ft) that will be available to purchase freehold.
King Sturge has been appointed by Chancerygate.
