Bodmin
On behalf of private clients, Miller Commercial has sold a retail unit in
Bodmin.
For years, the property was occupied by Shoefayre; however, following the
end of their lease, the freeholder decided to sell the property with vacant
possession. Benefiting from planning consent to develop the upper floors
into three flats and retail a ground floor retail unit, the property was
sold off a guide price of £250,000 to a local developer. |
