Cowling Commercial has sold Norbury House in Torrs Park, Ilfracombe. Norbury House has been sympathetically redesigned and decorated to provide themed contemporary boutique style accommodation within a Victorian Villa with six letting rooms. Cowling Commercial were quoting £525,000.
Slapton
Bettesworths have sold the Tower Inn at Slapton mid way along the coast road between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge.

The Tower Inn was sold off an asking price of £850,000.
Devizes
A new public house and restaurant called The Hourglass is set to open on the Kennet and Avon Canal at Devizes Marina.
The Bristol office of Christie & Co, has sold a new lease on behalf of Marston’s pub company to Mr Chris Long.
Christie & Co sought offers in excess of £20,000 for the premium of the new tied lease, which has a term of up to 30 years with annual rent commencing at £65,000.
