Appointment
GVA Grimley incorporating Osmond Tricks has appointed Ian Burden to its
office agency and development team based in Bristol.
Ian brings with him over four years commercial property experience, previously
working for Vickery Holman in both Plymouth and Exeter, and Savills in
Exeter.

Andrew Rainsberry, currently the vice president and managing director of the south east region, is stepping up to the position of senior vice president of the South of England, after 10 years with the company.
Everest Marathon
Craig Mattocks, a partner at Underwoods, has completed the Everest Marathon – listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the highest marathon in the world – finishing in 5th place and being the first international across the line.
The marathon started at Gorak Shep (17,000 feet), close to the Everest Base Camp in Nepal, and finished some 42 km (26.2 miles) later over rough mountain trails, at the Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar at 3,446 (11,300 feet).
Craig completed the Marathon in 4 hrs 54 mins 1 sec and raised £1,200 for good causes.
Two Appointments
