Bristol
Kenwright Developments, who recently purchased the freehold of 1190 Aztec
West, Bristol has commenced construction of a new, two-storey building
that will provide a total of 10,000 sq ft of new, grade A accommodation.
Branded as Cascade 2, the new building is scheduled for completion
In addition, the existing building, named Cascade 1, is to be refurbished to include an extended entrance and central core that will provide a total of 32,000 sq ft of air conditioned offices.
