Tewkesbury Following 25 years of development on their phased 30-acre Ashchurch Business Centre scheme in Tewkesbury, The Ashville Group have recently celebrated the end of an era with the letting of their final unit within Phase 8 to Weatherford UK Ltd. Weatherford has taken a 6,350 sq ft industrial unit on a new fri lease at a rent of £7.50 psf, which will be used largely for office and storage use to support their expanding business. Alder King handled the deal.
