Head of Agency
Alder King have recruited Tim Smart as their head of agency across Cornwall.
Tim has worked with Alder King since 2004 and rejoins the team after advising in a consultancy role for the last year.

Associate Director
John Osborn, MRICS, has been promoted to associate director in the Bristol office of Colliers CRE. John joined the firm in 2006 as a Building Surveyor.

Regen Division
The Bristol office of CB Richard Ellis has launched a regeneration division to be headed up by Caroline Mitchell-Sanders who joins as a director.
Caroline has considerable experience in the development arena, having worked for London-based development companies before moving to Bristol, eleven years ago, where she worked for DTZ (Donaldsons) providing development consultancy advice to mainly public sector clients.
