The accommodation, totalling approx 245 sq m, was let by way of a new fri lease at a rental of £30,000 pax.
The tenants, Landsdown Place Ltd, were not represented.

Burston Cook, acting on behalf of private clients has sold the freehold interest of 7 St Stephen Street, Bristol.
The property comprising a self-contained office building totalling approx 2,500 sq ft with the benefit of planning consent in respect of the upper floors for three self-contained flats was sold at a freehold price in the region of £450,000. The purchasers, local investors, were not represented.

Stratton Creber Commercial has let a small office suite in the Pinhoe area of Exeter.
The 392 sq ft self-contained office suite, at 272 Pinhoe Road, comprises three rooms plus kitchen, and comes with three parking spaces. The premises have been taken by Advanced Security Alarm Protection at a rent of £5,000 pa on a six-year lease.

Gladman Developments has sold an office unit at Portis Fields, its £9m 53,670 sq ft, speculative office development in Portishead.
A private investor has acquired Unit 4, a stand-alone office of 2,250 sq ft, at a quoting price of £180 psf at Portis Fields, on Bristol Road in Portishead.
Gladman Developments were advised by the Bristol offices of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Lambert Smith Hampton.

Acting on behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall, Stratton Creber Commercial has let an office at the Halthaies business units near Bradninch. The 595 sq ft self-contained unit has been let to Clic Sargent Cancer Care for Children, who have taken a new lease at an initial annual rent of £6,000.
Tewkesbury
Gladman Developments has let 8,350 sq ft of new office accommodation at Miller Court, its £13m, 76,000 sq ft speculative office development in Tewkesbury.
Satamatics has taken unit 17, a 6,100 sq ft stand-alone building and unit Six, a 2,250 sq ft office, on a five-year lease with a break at the end of year two.
The quoting rent at Miller Court is £13.50 psf.
