Avonmouth
Work has just commenced on a 7,432 sq m (80,000 sq ft) warehouse on St Modwen’s 55-acre Access 18 development at Avonmouth, Bristol.
The three units are to be speculatively built adjacent to the warehouse to which national paper distributor Antalis will relocate its office and distribution centre when completed in July.
Distribution firms are currently in negotiation to occupy units of 2,639 sq m (28,406 sq ft) and 890 sq m (9,586 sq ft).

Alder King is letting agent for St Modwen.

Located on Tidworth Road, Castledown Business Park is an edge of town development within easy reach of the centre of Ludgershall and the surrounding area.
St Modwen has secured planning consent for up to 450,000 sq ft of flexible workspace on the 33-acre former Ministry of Defence site. Construction of a design and build scheme comprising 27,500 sq ft of industrial units is now underway.
Bluestone is now on site with the 21 industrial units, which range in size from 600 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft and are scheduled for completion in August this year.
