United Scarborough Estates the commercial property joint venture

between Sheffield United plc and Scarborough Property Company plc, has let a 10,000 sq ft site at Hanover Court Business Park in Exeter.
The property has been let at a rental of £120,000 pa to Mitie Group plc, on a ten-year lease with a tenant option to break at five year.
King Sturge and Maze Consulting were joint agents for the letting deal.
