On behalf of a Trust Fund, Stratton Creber Commercial has sold the freehold interest in 33 Mutley Plain, Plymouth to a local investor.
The investment comprised a four-storey building with the ground and lower ground floors being occupied as a hot food takeaway and the upper floors, which are currently vacant, having planning permission

for offices. The premises were let to Kentucky Fried Chicken Great Britain Ltd for a term of 10 years commencing on 24 August 2005 at a passing rent of £25,000 pax for the whole building.
The premises were sold in excess of the asking price of £435,000, which reflected a net initial yield of 5.4%.
