St Catherine's Court, Clifton
Clifton
GVA Grimley have pre-let the first offices at Bristol developer Ashfield Land’s Clifton development, St Catherine’s Court.
The firm is taking on two floors totalling 10,527 sq ft on a flexible 15 year lease.
There are three floors of high quality office space totalling more than 20,000 sq ft still available at a quoting rent of £28 psf.
The joint agents are Williams Gunter Hardwick and Alder King.
The development will be completed in 2009.

Chippenham
Greenways Business Park in Chippenham has attracted Knightstone (Arcadia) Housing Association and Mango Business Solutions who have let the remaining offices on this prestigious development.

Knightstone have moved from the town centre to Unit 3 comprising 4,860 sq ft of DDA compliant offices. The open plan refurbished space and landscaped park gardens with mature trees are key benefits.
Mango are another leading edge IT company attracted to Greenways and have let 2,310 sq ft on the ground floor of Unit 2. The excellent motorway communications closeness to the town centre and generous car parking are essential amenities.

Clifton

Burston Cook, acting jointly with King Sturge have let offices in Clifton on behalf of a private landlord. The lower ground floor of 26 Oakfield Road has been let to Pro Fitness Ltd. The suite comprises 621 sq ft at lower ground floor level and was let on a lease to expire 31 August 2013 at a rental of £8,000 pax.
Burston Cook have also let the first floor accommodation comprising 1,388 sq ft to Ontrac PR on a new effectively fri lease for a term of nine years incorporating tenants break clauses at the end of the third and the sixth years of the term at an average annual rental of £13.50 psf, in addition to £1,000 per parking space. Three parking spaces were allocated with the first floor.
The tenants represented themselves.

Clifton
Burston Cook, acting on behalf of private landlords, have let 1 Wellington Park, Clifton, comprising approx 800 sq ft to Humberts (t/a Richard Harding Estate Agents) by way of a new fri lease for a term of 15 years at a rental of £10,500 pax.
The tenant was represented by Hooton & Partners, whilst Burston Cook acted on behalf of the lease.

Bristol
Burston Cook, acting on behalf of a private investor, have let office premises at 8 Eclipse Office Park, Staple Hill, Bristol.
The property totals approx 145.5 sq m (1,565 sq ft) benefiting from planning consent for B1 (office) use.
The rental agreed was in the region of £13.50 psf. The lessees were represented by their own property department.
