Architecture team on target
Stride Treglowns commercial architecture team is on target to deliver
over a million square feet of office space currently on site in the Bristol
area. |

This busy period is
the culmination of successful relationships with a number of leading developers
active within the region, including Citygrove, Cubex land, Castlemore
Securities and Crest Nicholson with major projects at Temple Quay 2, Harbourside
and Redcliff, as well as a recently completed new headquarters building
in Cirencester.
Activity levels are set to continue with further projects due on site
in the next few months including a new sustainable office building for
South Gloucestershire Council in Yate and a new Innovation Centre in Yeovil
for the South West RDA and South Somerset District Council.
Promotion at Savills
Savills, Exeter is pleased to announce that Chris Hamilton has been promoted
to associate. Chris joined Savills Exeter office in January 2007 as part
of the expanding development team.
New head
Midas Group has appointed Tiffany Hardie-Evans as its head of PR and communications.
Tiffany will develop a PR strategy for Midas going forward that will encompass
the five businesses that make up Midas Group.
New chairman
Anna Phillips, a solicitor at Foot Anstey, is the new chairman of the
Devon and Cornwall satellite branch of the National Association of Women
in Property.
Kate Hamilton, a solicitor at Stephens & Scown will be Annas
vice chairman.
