Frampton-on-Severn
Work is finally underway on a new 284-berth marina at the junction of the Gloucester and Sharpness canal, and Stroudwater canal after being give the go ahead by Stroud District Council.
The marina will include car parking, a chandlery and site manager’s accommodation at the site at Frampton-on-Severn.
An extension for the original outline planning application was submitted by Huthwaite Chartered Building Consultants – part of

Colliers CRE in Bristol – on behalf of Whitminster Estate landowner Mrs Anita Teesdale. The site has now been purchased on a long-term lease by Land & Water Group Ltd.
Swindon
The New Swindon Company, co-ordinator of regeneration in Swindon, has appointed Dean and Dyball as the contractors for the Wharf Green Development, which will be the first stage of realising the vision to transform Swindon’s town centre.
