A company share sale transfer was conducted discreetly with considerable interest following an informal tender, with the sale completing to the Nicholas James Hotels who operate other hotels in the South West.
The Porthminster is an imposing and substantial property with a total of 47 bedrooms, function room with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The sale, for an undisclosed sum, was assisted by James Orpin of Stephens & Scown Solicitors and John Mitchell and Richard Wadman of Winter Rule Accountants.
