Two planners
Alder King have added two new staff members to their planning team.
Karl Scholz has been recruited as a senior planner. Prior to joining Alder King Karl worked for Cardiff Council as a planner in their project and design team.
Nicholas Cardnell also joins Alder King from the public sector, where he worked in North Wiltshire District council’s spatial planning team as an assistant spatial planning officer. Nicholas will be working with Alder King’s team as a graduate planner.

Veale Wasbrough Lawyers have announced the appointment of former City real estate lawyer Peter Richardson as a partner.
Peter comes to Veale Wasbrough from Moore Blatch in Southampton where for the last three years he has been head of commercial property. Peter has worked as a partner with London firms Nabarro, Halliwells and Beachcroft.
