Miller Commercial of Truro have recently completed the sale of Crafty’s Country Store, a long established and highly respected craft and gift shop in St Ives, Cornwall.
The extensive ground floor provided a retail sales area of over 100 sq m together with good storage accommodation.
The business has been acquired by a local purchaser who is already established in the retail trade.
Offers were sought off a guide price of £145,000 for the leasehold interest, plus stock at valuation.
The sale price was not disclosed.

Truro
Miller Commercial report the letting of Toad Hall retail premises on Old Bridge Street, Truro to a new business, Experience Wine.
The premises offer 108.1 sq m (1,243 sq ft) of ground floor sales area.
The Truro based agents were marketing the premises on a new lease, off an asking rental of £20,000 pax together with a premium.
The premises will undergo a refurbishment programme and the business proposes to commence trading on 14 March.

Cornwall
Miller Commercial have just concluded two lettings on the Indian Queens Trading Estate. Cornish Hot Tubs have taken Unit 13, and the popular clothing brand company, Animal, has taken Unit 3.
These transactions conclude the sixth and seventh lettings on the Estate, which was only completed in October 2007. The development undertaken by the Montgomery Property Group under their ‘M-Space’ banner is finished to a very high specification. The industrial units incorporate a two-storey office building, which includes carpeting and heating together with kitchen areas.
The premises are being offered under a new, standard, six-year lease with pre-agreed rent review and service costs which means there are no additional charges. Rentals are based on £6.00 psf.
