Acting on behalf of private clients, Miller Commercial of Truro have sold a substantial building known as Eurotech House on the Burrington Way Industrial Estate at Plymouth.
The property, which stands on nearly four acres, comprised a substantial manufacturing unit of 3,125 sq m (33,500 sq ft), together with a separate two-storey office building let to Acterna UK Ltd (JDSU).

 The separate office block, offered an additional 594 sq m (6,400 sq ft) and was let producing an income of circa £66,000 pa.
The property has been acquired by Devon Lifestyles Ltd. Eurotech House was sold off an asking price was £1.5m.
Miller Commercial were joint agents together with Hartnell Taylor Cook of Bristol.
