A brand new lease on the King’s Head public house in Bridgwater Road, on Bedminster Down, near Bristol, has been sold to a local couple through the Bristol office of Christie & Co.
The King’s Head was sold for an undisclosed figure, from an asking price of £40,000 for the new lease and an annual rent of £53,000.
Stow-on-the-Wold
The Bristol office of Christie & Co has sold the Roman Court Hotel, situated near the town of Stow-on-the-Wold.
The Roman Court Hotel was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £1,975,000 for the freehold interest.
Eldersfield
The Greyhound Inn, a country freehouse in the village of Eldersfield, near Tewkesbury has been sold through the Bristol office of Christie & Co.
The freehouse and a holiday cottage in its grounds were sold from a freehold asking price of £495,000.

The Kayden House Hotel, situated in North Tawton has been sold through the Exeter office of Christie & Co.
The Kayden House Hotel was offered for sale for an asking price of £285,000 for the freehold interest and was sold for an undisclosed sum.
Crowcombe
Stonesmith of Exeter have sold the Carew Arms at Crowcombe in an off market transaction.
The pub was sold on a free of tie lease off an asking price of £295,000. The 30 year lease runs from October 2004 with rent reviews in 2012 and 10 yearly afterwards with a current annual rent of £14,000.
Ashburton
The Rising Sun at Ashburton has been sold by Bettesworths. Bettesworths sold the Rising Sun off an asking price of £119,950 for the leasehold interest.
