(l-r) Directors Jon Symons, Paul Withers and Simon
Tothill of Eagle Land
New Company
A trio of successful Bristol-based property developers have won strong
financial backing for their new company Eagle Land.
Directors Jon Symons, Paul Withers and Simon Tothill secured a development
portfolio worth more than £140m during the four years they worked
together at Rok Development in Bristol.
Each has worked on a wide range of major development projects across the
region with a number of different firms.
Now they are bringing that extensive experience to their Bristol-based
company Eagle Land, which specialises in commercial and mixed-use development.
Eagle Land is receiving financial backing from Eagle One, a private property
investment company.
Office Move
The integration of Bristol surveyors DTZ takes a big step forward next
week as around 50 staff relocate offices across Redcliffe Bridge. The
move follows DTZs merger with Donaldsons in July and will allow
teams from both offices to sit together for the first time.
DTZs agency, building & project consultancy, development consulting
and planning and consulting and research will be in the former Donaldsons
office at Rivergate House, with landlord and tenant, valuation and management
teams in Queen Square House, the original DTZ office. The move is a short-term
solution until new premises which can accommodate the entire 100 strong
team are acquired in central Bristol.
